Through our proven methodology, we can quickly deliver both outstanding individuals as well as position entire teams. Depending on seniority of position and complexity of the requirements, a typical search is completed in 60 to 90 days. In most cases, this time-scale is affected only by the candidate's availability for interviews or the time it takes to convene busy members of the client's interviewing panel.

The process itself begins with detailed discussion of the essential requirements of the role and the prerequisites that the recruitment assignment should address. Our Recruitment and Search & Selection service can be provided on a Retained or Contingency basis. The option to engage us on a Retained basis can be of great advantage to our clients especially when they are recruiting for senior positions where good candidates are in limited supply as many other companies will be competing with each other to secure their employment. Contingency assignment is a quick, reliable and convenient recruitment solution and the most cost effective one as the fee is only payable once the successful candidate is hired.
