No two projects are the same and they differ vastly in complexity, time and number of consultants needed to complete them. Constructing a price list that would apply to all assignments is not an easy task, but this section contains an adequate guide to what you may expect to pay for different services which we provide.
We have made a considerable effort to publish precise and exact costs whenever possible. In more elaborate cases, we have attempted to provide a good idea of what our fees are most likely to be. For bespoke, one-off and more unique undertakings, please contact us and we will be able to give you a quote after an initial assessment of your needs.
All our fees are exclusive of VAT, non-refundable and payable within the formally agreed deadlines.
1. Recruitment and Search & Selection Fees The fee for our engagement on a Retained basis varies and is dependant on seniority of the candidate required as well as complexity of the search. In most cases, our fee would be 20% of total 1st year remuneration package of an average candidate in a position which we are retained to to fulfil, including the basic salary, any bonuses or any other agreed benefit. This figure may be less for simple searches or more for more challenging assignments and it is agreed mutually in a formal agreement signed by us and our client before the commencement of the search. This agreement is valid for one calendar year, after which it will either need to be formally renewed or it will roll on automatically - depending what we agree at the start of the contract. 50% of the agreed fee is paid upfront on signing of the agreement before the commencement of the search (thereafter on the renewal date, automatic or signed again) and the remaining 50% within the following 3 calendar months. For Contingency agreements, we charge 30% of the candidate's total agreed remuneration for the 1st year, including the basic salary, any bonuses or any other agreed benefit. This figure too can vary and it is formally agreed and signed before the search for the candidate can begin. This amount is payable in full within 30 calendar days from the date at which the candidate has formally accepted the offer of employment.
2. Career Management and Executive Development Fees
Career Management and Executive Development fees depend on seniority of client, seniority of consultant, type of session or package chosen and its length. As a rough guide, we charge £100-£500 per hour, with consultant's preparation time costs added on top. Packages have fixed prices that include time with client, consultant's preparation time and any material or equipment used.

Speakers * Cost differs across events and is dependant on: the complexity of the topic covered, programme length and speaker level.
3. Business Consulting Fees
Business Consulting Fees are dependent on complexity of the project required and number of consultants and their hours needed to provide solution. Understandably - this differs from client to client and the cost estimate can only be given after an Assessment Consultation, for which there is a charge. The minimum Assessment Consultation is conducted by one consultant during a 2 hr session with a fixed fee of £500. In most cases, this will be adequate. If more time or more consultants are required, this is carried out in additional 2 hr sessions, charged £500 per session per consultant. The full estimate of the project design, content, length and cost will be given after the initial assessment sessions have been conducted.
4. Financial Services Fees
Fees for our Financial Services are charged in accordance with common practice and commission levels in each particular market in question. In cases where there is no market norm, the fees are decided by negotiating a fair agreement that works well for all parties involved.
