The aim of our Financial Services Arm is to become a leader in a number of financial instruments, operating in both established as well as in emerging and frontier markets.  Although we may act as a principal investor for our own account through activity in hedge fund, asset management and wealth management space, we will provide intermediary service to our clients and customers and arrange transactions between buyers and sellers on a strictly non-advisory basis, charging market rate commission for the deals we put together. In a separate area, we are always interested in investing in well run smaller companies or promising start-ups but we are also able to help arrange funding from external sources. In some cases - we may be willing to accept equity as fee from companies which, in on our assessment, show a significant growth potential. As we would become investors in such cases, the success of any such venture would be of importance to us and any payment of our fees in equity would usually be a part of a broader agreement that we would continue to be involved in management of such company and continuing consulting services. Similarly, we are happy to enter into talks with any large corporate investor keen to participate in our business model to discuss options and discover whether any such investment would make enough business sense for all parties involved.
